Happy New Year, you guys! I hope you all had an amazing 2021 and are gearing up for an even better 2022! To end the year, Adam and I are looking back on our progress chart that we have kept up with throughout the year. For us, keeping track of small and big progress over time has been the best antidote from feeling stuck in a rut as we go throughout our every day lives. I sometimes struggle to feel I’m making any progress, but reflecting back on the year helps so much! This is something we love to do as a couple, and hope to do with our kids one day!
